a decent stay, some minor issues

great access good value cold floor expensive parking

the hotel is a hidden gem in the middle of china town. it is perfectly positioned for exploring this area. wat mankong mrt allows great access into sukhumvit and silom areas too! the bar and food are also good value and well priced.

There were no slippers provided in the room and the bathroom floor was cold. it felt uncomfortable to walk barefoot. parking is not free and rather expensive. I had to pay an additional amount, which i found out upon arrival.

missing coffee unclear directions

the location was convenient to the train station.

The room lacked basic amenities. There wasn't even coffee provided! i thought the photos online made the place look bigger than it is. it's really just rooms above a small mall, and finding the reception on the fourth floor was a pain since there were no clear directions.

excellent chinatown stay

lovely staff shower facilities metro connectivity clean rooms

i found the staff lovely. they helped me store my luggage after i checked out. they offered shower facilities before my evening flight. the location is the best with chinatown nearby. the metro connectivity is a plus. rooms are clean and good.

the kettle and cups exist, but no complimentary coffee, tea, or sugar are provided. this caused some confusion.

the breakfast buffet provides many options. i noticed an egg station. the hotel restaurant has a special dragon afternoon tea offer, at 888 thb for two people.

convenient location quiet escape professional staff connected mall

I found the location very convenient. It is a quiet escape from busy streets. The hotel is nicely designed with professional staff. I loved that it is connected to a mall with shops, massage options, and a 24-hour convenience store.

The staff provides efficient and helpful service, assisting with directions and recommendations. They are polite and make check-in and check-out very smooth, even at late hours (check-in was at 2 am!).
